The sleep monitor tracks your sleeping habits at every level - deep sleep, light sleep, REM, awake time, and naps.

Sleep quality analysis summarises your sleep from Excellent, to Good, Normal, Poor or Awful, with suggestions on how to improve.

Your Sleep Efficiency score reflects the percentage of time spent asleep, compared to time spent awake whilst in bed.

Ideally, you should fall asleep in 15-20 minutes, and sleep efficiency tracks this.
